Resident Engineer
He acts as a representative of its quality department, meeting the requirements of Volkswagen and Audi in Mexico, related to their products. Your organization corresponds to that of a quality engineer, for which you offer technical assistance based on complete knowledge of your products.

Daily rounds at points of use to guarantee the product in quality, time and quantity • Product audits • Review and control of activities of guarantee men when applicable • Inventory Audit - Supermarkets • Send daily deliverables to the responsible BTV and to the Front management contact • Negotiate failures and related when applicable • Technical support in the analysis for the solution of product failures through meetings teleconferences, internal actions, guards, etc. • Sending of claimed parts to the plant • Constant communication for immediate troubleshooting regarding your products.

Guarantee Man
Corresponds like a quality inspector

Support to ensure compliance with the daily activities of the Resident Engineer • Ensure that product deliveries comply with the quantity stipulated in each delivery • Inventory Audit • Ensure the delivery of the product in the sequence and time required by the production line • Immediately report product non-conformities to the Resident engineer for his failure monitoring and analysis • Monitor the assembly of breaking point pieces of containments or corrections • Give a break point of containment PKNs
